Dino Bruni

Brand Strategy

Dino is a communications professional with senior marketing and advertising agency account management experience. With a long history at the senior level of some of Australia’s leading advertising agencies, including 13 years at Y&R Advertising as a Group Account Director, Dino has also worked in a senior marketing role at Myer.

Dino brings his extensive communications strategy skills to play in the development of fully integrated campaigns for his clients big and small. At Myer, Dino contributed directly to the financial performance (sales and profitability) of the business by ensuring collaboration among various functions, and assisting in brand-building efforts at the macro level.

Lahra Carey

Public Relations

Lahra is an entrepreneur and an experienced communications strategist, having advised and executed campaigns for some of Australia’s best-known brands. Her experience straddles both the B2B and B2C landscapes. With a background in journalism, Lahra has a deep understanding of the changing media landscape and uses this experience and knowledge to leverage thought leadership positioning on behalf of her clients. She is a crisis management expert, developing Crisis Control – a digital platform that allows organizations to seamlessly manage the whole communications process in real-time during a crisis.

Lahra is also a Principal and co-founder of NewsFlash Media Training which develops and delivers purpose-built media and presentation training programs for senior executives and other key staff. Lahra is an experienced non-executive director and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.

Craig Hart

Business Strategy

Craig is the Executive Chairman of Assembled Group. Assembled Group is a group of marketing and communications agencies the combination of which is assembled to deliver clients clarity, accountability and a solid working relationship focused on attainable outcomes.

Craig is directly involved in establishing the standards by which all Assembled agencies deliver products and services. The focus is on how the client is assisted to drive breakthroughs in performance and a sustainable advantage in highly competitive markets.

In addition to Craig’s background as a commercial lawyer, he has an extensive history in marketing and business having held senior roles with Omnicom in Asia, Photon Group and Blueprint Group.

Matt Parker

Digital Strategy

Matt brings over 15 years experience as a creative director at a number of leading media and online studios. His success emanates from working on large scale projects that include some of Australia’s most prominent companies. His overall skill-set is multi- faceted and extends to an array of online development mediums.

To complement his design and development skills, Matt has also had extensive experience in overseeing complete end to end solutions that encompass all components of a major project from tender process right through to site deployment.

David Schwarz

Media Sales

David is a former AFL player and has long been a feature in the Australian media landscape. He’s been a presenter for Australia’s leading media networks including Channel 7, Triple M, 3AW and most memorably SEN’s ‘The Run Home’ program which he co-hosted with Mark Allen.

David’s media knowledge and unparalleled network allows him to tailor specialist media solutions to his Assembled Media clients. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering effective and affordable outcomes for the clients he represents. David works on the principles of transparency, clarity and effectiveness and strives to ensure his clients are seen and heard by the right people.

Georgie Iezzi

Property Marketing

With more than 10 years’ experience in the industry, Georgie’s passion for property, marketing and design has flourished while working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects in various areas across Melbourne. She has worked for both listed and private developers and, more recently, in the real estate project marketing space. Georgie’s strong communication and relationship building skills facilitate outstanding outcomes for her clients.

Lachie Dunn

Creative Direction

As a copywriter, Lachie has written countless successful ad campaigns that have not just helped build brands, but also delivered immediate bottom line results. From creating TV, radio, outdoor and press ads, trough to brochures, POS, direct mail, websites and eDM’s, Lachie has worked on everything from cars to department stores. It is in the cauldron of fast-paced retail where Lachie has built his career. He enjoys the immediacy of retail and the demands of quick turnaround times and tight deadlines. With more than 20 years in retails advertising, Lachie’s experience has been enjoyed at the cash register by an extensive range of clients.

Mark Allen

Media Sales

Mark’s knowledge of the media landscape has been gleaned from a long career on radio stations SEN and 3AW. This experience has allowed him to build formative and lasting relationships with some of Australia’s biggest media players.

Mark enjoys nurturing his client relationships with a commitment to delivering an enhanced level of service. Mark believes his inherent competitive nature ensures he negotiates hard on his clients’ behalf. He’s passionate about delivering end-to-end media strategies that allow his clients to succeed and excel in highly competitive markets. Mark is proud to be a part of an independent media agency that simplifies the road to brand amplification.

Michael Williamson

Software Solutions

As Bond’s Technical Lead, Michael manages the technical aspects of all things web. With his 15 years of experience in custom web development, Michael has the unique ability to solve any technical problem and articulate it in a way that everyone can understand.

Dave Hickling

Relationship Management

Dave fell in love with everything web early in his career, eventually establishing his own successful web development and software agency. Dave brings to Bond years of online knowledge in designing and managing web projects of all shapes and sizes. As the Digital Director, his strengths are his eye for providing unique CRM solutions to businesses to measurably improve workflows and profitability.

Ainslee Baruhas

Social Media

Ainslee is a skilled content producer and social media manager who specialises in delivering strategic solutions in the digital space. Equipped with an interdisciplinary skill set which includes knowledge and experience in Public Relations, Advertising, Media and a specialisation in Journalism. A writer at heart, she revels in bringing creative ideas to life and helping businesses to craft a lasting impression in the social environment.

Steve Carey

Executive Media Training

Steve is a former journalist, foreign correspondent, Supervising Producer of Today Tonight and Director of News for 7 Melbourne – a position he held for a decade. He’s driven ratings success and won every award for journalism in a career spanning more than 35 years.

Now he’s using those skills as a media trainer, PR strategist and commentator. Steve is regularly seen and heard on ABC Breakfast TV and ABC radio. He maintains a network of high level media contacts and has a wealth of experience assisting companies and individuals navigate a crisis.

Steve is also a Principal and co-founder of NewsFlash Media Training which helps senior executives and other key staff understand the media then how to engage confidently with journalists.

Catherine Caia

Design

Catherine’s passion for great design drives her to develop stunning work for our clients. Importantly, Catherine’s design philosophy centres around the belief that great design is only ‘great’ if it works as a piece of communication.

With more than 20 years experience in large and boutique ad agencies and design studios, Catherine’s eye for detail and pathological aversion to starbursts means her design work is fresh, clean and differentiated.

Catherine is highly motivated and passionate about modern design, as well as possessing a strong awareness of the traditional aspects of design such as typography and composition. She believes in process, simplicity, and honest hard work!

Karlie Furlong

Operations

Karlie has a background in media and communication and has spent the last 10 years working with some of Australia’s most loved and well known brands. A fast and effective communicator, she thrives on challenging teams and clients alike to create projects that exceed expectations whilst maintaining budget and brand goals. Her skill set across design, development and account management ensure that staffs primary skill sets are harnessed and guarantees that projects are delivered with no compromise on commercial outcomes.

Aaron Perry

Media Planning

Aaron is a highly experienced media professional with a diverse skill-set across a range of clients and categories. Aaron has significant experience working with some of Australia’s largest businesses cultivating his passion for establishing meaningful partnerships in the media sector and beyond.  Aaron has worked alongside brands including BP, Kraft, Village Roadshow, Southern Cross Austereo, Shell, CUB, AGL, Suzuki, and Jetstar.

Additionally, Aaron has been involved in the media vendor industry in his role as the strategy manager for the Australian Radio Network. This has allowed him to grow his passion for media partnerships whilst fostering a broader industry perspective which he now brings to Assembled Media. Aaron nurtures an inclusive culture to ensure success is delivered for the Assembled Media, its clients and its staff. His professional values centre around trust, hard work and the ability to think laterally and logically around his clients’ objectives.

Our Board and Governance

The board of Assembled Group meets regularly to focus on the performance of its member agencies in meeting the needs of its clients in a very dynamic marketplace.

Our board comprises four experienced business people with a diverse but complementary set of skills that together are most helpful for the development of the agencies and their talent.

Craig Hart

Chairman

Mark LoGiudice

Director

Mark LoGiudice has been in the property industry since 1986 and is the Managing Director of Crawfords Group, a family owned investment company established in 1966.
Crawfords Group is involved in the investment and development of residential, commercial, industrial and retail property across Australia and the United States.

Further to his property interests, Mark is a Director of the LaManna Premier Group – a national leader in the farming, marketing and logistics of fresh fruit and vegetables supplying retailers across Australia.

Mark joined the Board of the Carlton Football Club in February 2010, was elected Vice President in October 2013 and appointed President in June 2014. The Carlton Football Club is one of the most successful football clubs in Australia, with a member base that exceeds 65,000 members.

Outside of his corporate activities, Mark is a long-standing member of RCH 1000, which is committed to helping the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute discover new treatments and cures for childhood illnesses and diseases.

Craig Mathieson

Director

Craig Mathieson is Managing Director of the Mathieson Group, a family business with a diverse range of investments in varying categories including retail and property. Craig has played an active role in the ongoing success of the business.

Craig has been a Director of the Carlton FC for the last seven years in conjunction with being a member of Carlton’s Finance and Audit Sub-Committee.

Craig is currently the Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Shaver Shop Ltd.

Craig’s unparalleled background is business and finance now informs his ability to oversee the governance of the Assembled Group. He’s excited by the independence and difference the Assembled Group brings to the market and the value this brings to clients.

Mark Woolley

Director

Mark was a Senior Partner in the National law firm Gadens, for more than 27 years.

Mark is a highly regarded property industry lawyer with over 35 years experience in investment and development across Australia, having represented the largest institutional investors and developers.

Over the course of his career, Mark has led professional service teams and understands how to optimise the performance of businesses and individuals.

Mark, as a board member of Assembled Group, will have a particular interest in the development of agency talent and will also work closely with Craig Hart to define the benchmark client service standards that will define Assembled Group agencies as a market leader.

Mark will chair the Assembled Academy committee with Assembled Group.
